We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Epoch Tile purchase, you can return it for a refund within 15 Days of Purchase. Once we have received the item, we will issue a full refund.

Epoch Tiles’ guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
